"Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord, not for men, since
you know that you will receive an inheritance from the Lord as a reward. It is the Lord Christ
you are serving." Colossians 3:23-24
Ministry Description
This is a serving ministry designed to reach out to ladies in need within our community by partnering
with existing organizations such as health awareness, addiction, domestic violence, or rape crisis
groups to help them serve those in need. The goal is to be a light to those ladies in need of the
SON.
Leadership Description
The leaders of this ministry must research organizations that would welcome and benefit from our
cooperation, work closely with those groups to organize events, inform the Communication Leader of
any activities scheduled so that notice can be given to all ladies, and attend the quarterly activities
and service projects. Women who commit to this ministry need to attend each activity over the course
of the year to ensure that there is enough help to carry out the service project; however, all women
are invited to be a part of any quarterly activity.
